i m suffering from varicocele last 8 years and now it feels like i have itching in my penis and low concentration problem and i feel distract when i go to study and somthimg un easy ness so how to cure this

Varicocele needs surgery! Please meet a surgeon and get cured. There are many long term complication. Better to consult surgeon.

Thank you for your question. Varicocele has the bag of worm feeling in the scrotum and more aggravated on hanging position and it decreases in sleeping. Itching in the penis and varicocele may be the different problem you are having. Please maintain the hygiene and have the area dry. There may be fungal infection too. If it dont subside please consult some dermatologist. Get well soon.
