Cadlip-15 is the combination of amlodipine 5mg and atorvastatin 10mg that is used for lowering the cholesterol from the blood as well as decreasing the high blood pressure.

Dose and Direction of Use
- Take the medicine orally by mouth.
- Swallow the tablet without breaking, chewing or crushing the tablet.
- Follow the dosing schedule as per the prescription.
- Take the medication at the same time of the day.
Mode of Action
Amlodipine inhibits the movement of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle cells and cardiac muscle cells which inhibits the contraction of cardiac muscle and vascular smooth muscle cells. Atorvastatin works by slowing the production of cholesterol in the body to decrease the amount of cholesterol that may build up on the walls of the arteries and block blood flow to the heart, brain, and other parts of the body.

- Severe liver disease
