Mode of Action
- Ofloxacin binds with the DNA gyrase of bacteria and inhibits the DNA synthesis.
- The DNA synthesis inhibiton distrupts the bacterial replication and kills the bacteria.
- In this way, Ofloxacin exhibits its bactericidal activity by inhibiting bacterial DNA synthesis.

Contraindications
Don't use this medicine if you have:
- Hypersensitivity to Ofloxacin or other quinolone antibiotics
- History of epilepsy
- Should not be administered to patients with cerebral convulsive disorders
