Information
Glyco is the brand name for the injection called glycopyrrolate 0.2mg/ml belonging to anticholinergic group that is used to treat peptic ulcers in adults. It is also used to treat chronic, severe drooling caused by certain neurologic disorders (e.g., cerebral palsy) in children 3 to 16 years of age.

Dose and Direction of Use
- Follow the dosing time as per the direction.
- Inject the given amount by the trained person.
Mode of Action
It inhibits the action of acetylcholine on structures innervated by postganglionic cholinergic nerves and on smooth muscles that respond to acetylcholine but lack cholinergic innervation.

- Reduce excessive drooling in children
- Peptic ulcer in adults
Contraindications
- Prostatic hypertrophy
- Glaucoma
Precautions and Warning
