Atropine Sulphate is mydriatic and cycloplegic agent. It is used to enlarge the pupil of the eye. This medicine is indicated for children, adults and the elderly.

Instill one drop into the eye as required for treatment.
Mode of Action
Atropine blocks the receptors in the muscles of the eye. These receptors are involved in controlling the pupil size and the shape of the lens.
By blocking these receptors, atropine produces dilatation of the pupil and prevents the eye from accommodating for near vision.
