Popup-5 (Tadalafil) is the phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors used to treat men who have erectile dysfuction and symptoms of enlarged prostate.

Dose and Direction of Use
- Take the tablet half an hour before having sex.
- Take medicine by mouth with or without food.
- Swallow the tablet without breaking or chewing.
Mode of Action
cGMP causes smooth muscle relaxation and increased blood flow into the corpus cavernosum. Tadalafil inhibits PDE5 that enhances erectile function by increaseing the amount of cGMP.

Contraindications
- Leukemia
- Sickle cell anemia
- Renal and hepatic impairment
- Bleeding disorders
Precautions and Warning
- Do not drink excess amount of alcohol.
- Take the medicine once a day only as prescribed.
- Do not double take your medicine in a single day.
