SBZ is the combination of Thiamine Mononitrate 10 mg, Riboflavin 10 mg, Pyridoxine HCl 3 mg, Niacinamide 50 mg, Cyanocobalamin 15 mcg, Folic Acid 1 mg, Calcium Pantothenate 12.5 mg,elemental zinc 22.5mg and is used as the supplement.

Dose and Direction of Use
- Capsule to be swallowed as a whole with water.
- Do not chew or break or crush the capsules.
Mode of Action
- Thiamine (vitamin B1) helps the body's cells change carbohydrates into energy which in turn is required for good health and nervous system.
- Riboflavin is very important for growth and bodily repair. Vitamin B2 is needed in order to break down proteins into amino acids, fats, and carbohydrates in the form of glucose.
- Vitamin B3 (niacin) is important for the body because it helps to: Convert food into glucose, used to produce energy. Produce macromolecules, including fatty acids and cholesterol
- Vitamin B5 provides a multitude of benefits to the human body. It is found in living cells as a coenzyme A (CoA), which is vital to numerous chemical reactions.
- In pregnant women, Folic acid helps prevent neural tube defects (NTDs) – serious birth defects of the spinal cord (such as spina bifida) and the brain (such as anencephaly).
- Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that helps keep the body's nerve and blood cells healthy and helps make DNA.
