Sidlin-5 is the antidiabetic drug used in type 2 diabetes for lowering the blood sugar level when exercise and diet alone cannot decrease the blood sugar level.

Dose and Direction of Use
- Follow the direction provided by the doctor or pharmacist strictly.
- Swallow the tablet without breaking or chewing.
- Take the medicine regularly at the same time with food.
Mode of Action
Linaagliptin is an inhibitor of DPP-4(Dipepptidyl peptidase-4), an enzyme that degrades the incretin hormones glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1) and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide(GIP).

Precautions and Warning
- Take the medicine daily at the same time of the day.
- Do not skip the dose. If you miss the dose and its almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and do not double take the medicine.
- If any hypersensitivity reacion occurs, visit the doctor soon.
- Do not start or stop taking medicine randomly.
- Consult with doctor about your health conditions prior starting your medication.
