Sofcort cream is the brand name for mometasone furoate 0.1%w/w which is the topical corticosteroids which is used in the treatment of skin conditions like itching, inflammation and redness of the skin.

Dose and Direction of Use
- Clean the affected area before aapplication of the cream.
- Wash your hands before applyiing the cream.
- Apply the cream over the affected area and spread it over the surface.
- Follow the applying procedure and time duration as per the direction.
Mode of Action
Mometasone depresses the formation, release and activity of endogenous inflammatory chemical mediators. It inhibits the margination and subsequent cell migration to the injury site, reverses vascular dilatation and permeability, resulting in decreased access of cells to the area of injury.

Precautions and Warning
