Thank you for the question. There are various causes of difficulty in breathing. They may be respiratory as well as cardiac causes. Respiratory causes includes COPD, Asthma and other similar lung diseases whereas cardiac causes may include ischemic heart diseases like angina and heart attack. The thorough examination and investigations are necessary to rule out these conditions. As you have high blood pressure too, its better consult the doctor again, do various investigations like ECG, Trade mill test, lipid profile and others as per suggestion.
