How to clear pimples and acne in face? What are the medicines i can use?

Thank you for your question. Acne and pimples are common problems seen in teenage age group. In some it resolves on own. If it is having really some problem you make need to take some antibiotics and anti acne drug. For that you need to consult a dermatologist and give the expert opinion before starting the drug. Hope your problem solves soon.
