my 13 week pregnancy is running. and i have a regular headache from yesterday. what should i do?

Any other symptoms besides headache ? There are various causes for headache. Measure your blood pressure. Can take Paracetamol tablets for temporary relief. If it gets serious pls visit nearby hospital .
