I have been diagnosed with Achalasia Cardia based on my recent barium swallow test results. Could you please explain what this condition is, how it will affect me, and what treatment options are available? I'm also curious about the long-term outlook and any lifestyle changes I should consider to manage this condition effectively. After consulting with doctor I have been told to have 3 options for this situation. 1. Dilation 2. Medicine (may lower blood pressure), 3. POEM (Peroral endoscopic myotomy). Which option is best suit for me and what next should i do to feel better.
