my brother has got continously dry cough which causes 103 °F of fever from last 4 days. also we have shown to nearby medical doctor. and he tell to check for dengue but no any sign of dengue in report. he said that it's cause from infection of chest or throat. and he has prescribed some medicines like amoxcillin, paracetamol etc my brother regular take 6 tablets of paracetamol. even that his fever never went downs to normal. always peak at 103 kindly need your suggestion
