As per previous replies to your question, we can increase our immune system with natural healthy diets and regular exercise to stimulate the immune, not juts to fight against COVID but also other infectious diseases. Despite of no proven medicine, we can certainly try alternative herbal/ayurvedic medicine which is prevalent in our country which has no doubt it certainly does good effect to activate and upgrade the immunity in our body.Direct Message for further inquiry .

You can take the naturally occuring foods rather than medicines like fruits, vegetables and so on! There are no such proved medicine to increase immune system for corona!
