I have a severe pain behind my left eye and left side of the head including the forhead . It started from my flight from brisbane to singapore . I dont know how to over come this .

Thanks for the question. YOU haven't mentioned the duration of pain. There are several causes of unilateral headache. Details workup and history is necessary. The cause may be migrane, tension headache, cluster headache or other causes too. Please visit some physician or neurologist..
